Experience:
Coding - I can code in all sortes of languages, PHP (Web Programming), Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic .NET (Still learning), C++, Java, Basic, and more. So byond coding is only a matter of cracking open my favorite browser and reading away i learn fast (Took me 20 Days to become pretty good at php)
[I've learned a quarter of the byond language by now.. took me about 3 hours so by tommrow night I SHOULD knwo th rest depending how much work gets in the way of learning  ]
Admin - Ive hosted my own servers not with byond but other games, Counter-Strike, Earth Special Forces, FEAR, Doom3, and many more so i know how to handle the players with respect, along with fellow admins. I use to look out constantly for other admins who tried to abuse powers I gave them so i know not to get ahead of myself and do stuf for my own plesures
Helper - When im on ive helped alot of people with problems like why a certien technique won't work, and how to make it from the stairs on snake way to king kai's, helped to show people where some NPC is so they can do the quest. And on some accations i kill myself on purpose and go on snakeway to show all the new people what path to take so they dont keep asking the GM for help because I know it can be annoying having 9 people bother a GM for stuff
Forum - Ive had forums before so I know how to keep a hold on things and also how to add mods to forums (HOWEVER I ADVISE NOT DOING - If it goes wrong then you are kind of screwed sometimes) Also at one point made a cheap Forum myself in PHP but that was for a friend who wanted it embedded into his game (Which now the game is shut down due to copyright laws  )
HTML - I hate doing I can do it, I just dont like it because I have no artistic abilities, If i did id be able to do photoshop and icons but i can't I know HOW to i just cant do anything involving art lol
I know how to respect other admins and players very well i NEVER abuse things because I hate when people abuse abilities, I do know it is an easy thing to do for someone (The temptation at least).
